In this age of continuous evolution, we at AKSIME have been keenly aware to dynamically align the curriculum to the needs and aspirations of the industry so that our students meet the exacting requirements that we have learnt to expect from the organizations that will them.
AKSIME management program is known for its hands-on learning and academic rigor. Concepts taught in the classroom are reinforced by consistent industry interaction.
This prepares the students to be the leaders in the dynamic world of business.
The placement cell of AKSIME works under the guidance of Dr. C.S.Sharma an eminent contributor to the placement cell of SRCC and our Hony.Director. It looks after the interest of the students and the recruiting organizations by acting as a channel of communication between them.
Placement Process At AKSIME
- Invitations are sent to the companies for placements.
- Companies are required to fill up and submit the Response Form attached with the placement brochure.
- A mutually agreed date is decided for Pre-placement talk and summer placements.
- Date and Slot are allotted to the company for Lateral placement / Final placement.
Pre Placement Talk (PPT)
The pre placement talks provide an excellent opportunity for the students to know the company, profile, its offers and the career growth paths available. Companies give a formal presentation which is followed by an interactive session on queries of students.
Selection Process
The selection process is decided as per the rules & regulations of the institute and requirements of individual companies.
Final Placement
The scheduling of a company is done according to student preferences where in following criteria are considered.

Lateral Placement
Students in the current batch with prior work experience can be handpicked by companies.
