Dr. C. S. Sharma (Chief Academic Mentor)
Dr. C. S. Sharma, (M Phil and PHD from Delhi School of Economics) is a respected and well known figure in multidimensional fields -ranging from teaching to academic research, consultancy, editorial work, and the list is endless. He has a wide and rich teachingexperience of more than 30 years at Shri Ram College of Commerce, University of Delhi. He has also taught at some of the finest Bschools of the country, like Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi, IMI and Amity. Apart from this, he also has lectured internationally at places like Cornell University, USA, International University of Japan and Hiroshima University. He has successfully supervised a PHD at IIT Delhi, and is currently supervising another one at Department of Commerce, Delhi School of Economics.
Presently he is the Principal Academic Advisor of Raffles Millennium International -the joint venture of the Higher education initiative of Educomp Solutions Limited (the largest technology driven innovative company in India), and Raffles University, Singapore.'Continuous, lifelong learning' is the mantra of the life of this great researcher, scholar, academic, and consultant.
Dr. Ashok Sehgal
Anyone associated with the field of accounts and finance needs no introduction to this eminent personality who has carved out niche for himself and has become a well known figure by means of his great contribution to the field of accounting. One among the most illustrious faculty members of prestigious Shri Ram college of Commerce, Dr Ashok Sehgal is a post graduate from Delhi School of Economics, and a PHD in the field of Corporate Governance. He has to his credit the excellence of developing a simplified and well comprehensible pedagogy for an otherwise dry subject like accounting. He has a teaching experience of more
than 30 years, spread over national as well as international institutions. Dr. Sehgal has written a number of books in the area of accounting and finance, which have received nationwide acceptance. Former Head of the Commerce Department at Shri Ram College, University of Delhi, he has a great fan following of students - courtesy, his simplified and comprehensible teaching pedagogy. As a well established protagonist of extending the frontiers of knowledge he has made prolific contribution in the area of research and knowledge construction, and has written a number of research papers in national and international journals which are widely quoted and used in the area of finance and accounting.
Mr.R.K. Singh
Mr. R K Singh is a well known personality in the field of academics as well as training and consultancy in the corporate world. He has a rich and wide teaching experience of about two decades, at both national as well as international level. Mr Singh has been teaching at Sri Ram College of Commerce, University Of Delhi, for more than 15 years, prior to which he was associated with different colleges of University of Delhi .. He is also a visiting faculty in various Business Schools across the country.Mr R K Singh holds an M Phil as well as a Master degree in Commerce from University of Delhi. He is a well known and eminent personality in the field of training and consultancy, and imparts training to big corporatehouses like Balco, NHPC, Errisant, Reliance, and many more. His area of expertise is 'Human Behaviour'. He also has many research papers to his credit. Out of intrinsic motivation and access to diverse learning arenas,Mr Singh has also headed various academic journals as Editor, Delhi Business Review and Business Analyst being just one of them. He has
also been the editor of the famous research journal - Business Analyst. made him an active member and contributor to 'Abhyoday', a nongovernmental organization.Presently involved in his PHD in the area of diversity and effectivesness,
Mr RK Singh finds ample time to maintain a work life balance, and loves his work. According to him, one should always excel at what he does, and

Mr. Prem Prakash
Mr. Prem Prakash, Deputy Manager Finance (Max New York Life Insurance) has a rich and diverse exposure in the field of finance. A graduate from St. Columbus College and MBA in International Business, he has always been one of the bright students. Post his MBA, he also did his CAIIB. Thereafter he has been closely associated with institutions of great repute like ASSOCHAM and FICCI.Mr. Prakash has a varied corporate experience of about a decade in the field of banking and finance, and has handled various departments like treasury, banking relationships and alike. He has also worked with IDBI as the 'Service and Operations Manager' for a number of years and contributed substantially in the HR restructuring process during the merger of IDBI ltd and IDBI bank. Mr. Sanjay Khare
Sanjay Khare is one amongst those few individuals who have a dual expertise - both in technical as well as managerial fields. A top ranking engineer from Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur (graduated in 1986), and a post graduate in Management from Management Development Institute, Gurgaon (2008), Mr Khare believes in continual learning and innovation. He has a rich experience of 22 years with the leader in Indian Automobile Industry , Maruti Suzuki in the diverse fields of Automation, Plant Engineering & Maintenance, Manufacturing, Quality and Human Resources. Born & bred in the Quality Culture of the success story of Indian Manufacturing Supply Chain , he has been the winner of multiple awards for operating best plants & supply chains .His new learnings of Strategic Management, Marketing & Finance complement his well grounded experience in 'Operations and Human Resources' towards managing overall business operations.
Widely trained in Japan in various fields, Mr Khare recently got the 'Gurugyan' in the field of TQM by none other than the leaders and innovators - Professor Kano & Professor Yoshida who rebuilt Japan after World War II. He is a regular trainer and speaker at various Industry Associations and professional societies wherein he brings the richness of his experience flavoured with the academic and research orientation. As a part of his life learnings, he believes in being 'the perfect instrument, through which the best happens spontaneously and automatically'.
